Dennis Greenfield has over 24 years of financial experience as a
CPA, Consultant, Chief Financial Officer, Controller and more importantly
as a small business owner. Dennis has successfully obtained bank financing
including SBA Loans, Michigan Capital Access Loans and government contracts.
Dennis has the background and experience of a Certified Public
Accountant as well as the reality of being a business owner. Dennis
let his CPA License expire in order to focus his training in areas that
the AICPA and MICPA did not deem necessary for a CPA (ie computer systems
and accounting software). Therefore, Dennis' rates are 1/3 the normal rates
of a Licensed CPA.
